I’m interested in putting on an addition. Where should I start?

If it’s a simple addition, we can go over the details with you and work together to bring it to life. If it’s more complex, we suggest working with an architect to develop a design and create blueprints. From there, we can then begin construction.

Should my addition be built ‘up’ or ‘out’?

If you have the space available, building outwards makes sense. You will need to consider foundation costs, among other things. If space isn’t an option, then building a second level could be the solution, provided the existing structure and layout can support it.

I would like a three-season porch, is it worth it?

A three season porch is a great way to reap the benefits of the outdoors without having to bear the consequences (think sun burns or bug bites). It can also add livable space to your existing home and extend the length of time spent enjoying the weather. A sunroom or three-season porch could also increase the value and appeal of your home, which ups resale price.
