What is the purpose of a General Contractor?

The General Contractor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of your project, scheduling the subcontractors, organizing deliveries, and keeping the worksite and surrounding area safe for everyone.

Do I need to hire a general contractor for my project?

Although it’s not required, we recommend it. You can act as your own G.C., but why put the extra stress on yourself? You’ll already be dealing with life in a construction site, so let us help.
